Organisations that book multiple places or combine services receive a discount. Here is how that works.
Book three or more coaching places in a single engagement and we reduce the per-person fee by 10%. For six or more places, the reduction is 15%. These discounts apply to both the Foundations and Accelerator packages.
If you combine a team workshop with individual coaching for the same group, we waive the workshop pre-work diagnostic fee (normally included in the price, but the overall package cost drops by £200 per workshop day).
Additional 360-degree feedback rounds can be added to any coaching package at £350 per round. This is useful when a leader wants a mid-programme pulse check from their team.
We also offer a half-day "leadership essentials" webinar for groups of up to 30 people at £800. It covers the fundamentals of giving feedback, delegating decisions, and running productive one-to-one meetings. Some clients use it as a precursor to deeper coaching work.
Answers to the things people most often ask before booking.
We spend the first session getting clear on what the leader wants to change and why it matters. We review any assessment data available, agree on two or three specific goals, and set up a rhythm for the remaining sessions. There is no generic icebreaker exercise.
Yes. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice count as a used session unless there are exceptional circumstances, which we handle on a case-by-case basis.
Absolutely. About half our clients are based elsewhere in the UK. Coaching sessions run perfectly well over video. For on-site workshops outside Wales, we add travel and accommodation costs at the actual amount incurred, with no markup.
The content of coaching conversations stays between the coach and the coachee. If the organisation is sponsoring the coaching, we agree upfront on what information (if any) is shared with the sponsor. Typically that is limited to attendance, broad themes, and whether the coachee is engaged in the process.
We invoice before the programme starts. Payment terms are 30 days. For the Accelerator package, we can split the invoice into two: half at the start and half at the midpoint. We accept bank transfer and company credit card.
All our coaches have completed an ICF-accredited coach training programme. Two hold chartered psychologist status with the British Psychological Society. Each coach also has at least eight years of line management experience in an operational role before moving into coaching full-time.
